После нескольких дней безостановочного пути, который Бел прерывал на сон пару раз и пару раз ел, убийца-альбинос пришёл к границе Дю Вельденвардена. Здесь небыло пограничных постов и фортов, как на границе Империи. Первое, что заметил Бел, войдя в лес, то что его защитные цепочки больше не защищают его от магии и мысленых проникновений. "Вот это точно не кстати...здесь каждый может залезать в мысли и пользоваться чарами...Надо бы быстро что-нибудь придумать..."В поисках решения, Бел достал все имеющиеся у него цепочки и стал перебирать их в поисках нужной. Он искал одну из самых эфективных цепочек. По словам шейдов она поглощала магию, которая действовала на носителя и преобразовывала её в защиту от данного влияния. Единственым, но существеным минусом данной защиты было то, что для поглощения воздействующей магии требовались силы того, кто носит эту цепочку. Найдя украшение, Бел надел его на шею вместе с остальными. Теперь он снова был частично защищён мыслено и магически, для надёжности альбинос одел ещё одно украшение, которое сделало его похожим на угрюмого эльфа с длинными, собраными в конский хвост волосами, зелёными глазами и здоровой по цвету кожей, в диадеме и тёмной одежде. "Хоть эта цепочка и защищает меня от запрета на магию других цепочек, она лишь ослабляет этот запрет, поэтому амулеты действуют не в полную силу...теперь эти дурачки и пальцем меня не тронут...никчёмные остроухие..."В таком не тривиальном виде Бел отправился в глубь леса. Правда, вскоре его путь был прерван самым наглым, как самому Бельфегору показалось, образом. Трое эльфов вышли ему навстречу прямо из-за деревьев. Все трое несли за плечами луки и колчаны со стрелами, двое были вооружены по мимо прочего мечами, в то время как третий нёс на поясе только кинжал. Эльфы осмотрели Бела с ног до головы и сразу начали спрашивать.
- Имя?
Конечно же эльфы говорили на Древнем языке, который Бел хоть и знал, но очень не любил. Однако сейчас конспирация была важнее личных предпочтений альбиноса.
- Не ваших умов дело...Я должен передать срочное послание из Сурды в Эллесмеру и Вы не имеете права меня задерживать...
Эльф, говоривший с Белом поднял брови и некотрое время молчал, видимо мысленно советуясь с коллегами.
- Раз у вас такое важное дело, то мы сопроводим вас...
Это заявление на мнгновение поставило Бела в тупик. Отказаться, а значит вызвать недоверие и подозрения он не мог, но его могли привести совсем не туда, куда ему было надо."Надо отвлечь этих дураков, чтобы они отстали...Раз я гонец, значит за мной может быть погоня, но говорить, что это просто люди нельзя - эльф который не одолел троих людишек это нонсенс...Значит остаётся только одно - придумать сильного противника, а главное очень опасного..."Дальше Мысль Бела сама нашла решиние.
- За мной идут люди короля, вернее один. Вы сышали что-нибудь про убийцу-альбиноса?При этих словах эльфы слегка удивились, видимо им было что-то известно.
- Да, нам сказали, что в лес хочет проникнуть такой убийца...Как нам сказали он альбинос, постоянно улыбается и на голове у него небольшая корона...Кстати у тебя тоже корона на голове...
- Что!? Да как вы смели сравнить меня с этим мясником?! Я из благородного рода и служу королеве Имиладрис. Я готов пожертвовать своей долгой жизнью за этот лес, а вы посмели сравнить меня с прихвостнем Гальбаторикса потому что я ношу корону нашего славного рода?! Да как вы посмели нанести такое оскорбление?! Когда я доставлю порученые мне бумаги, я найду вас и вы ответите за это оскорбление!?
Поток такого возмущения лишил троицу понимания происходящего, пол-минуты они ошарашеные таким потоком стояли в оцепенении, но потом пришли в себя.
- Приносим наши извинения за это недоразумение, мы готовы искупить оскорбление, которое нанесли столь важному лицу...
Бел всё ещё не спускал с лица возмущения и грозности.
- Ладно, разве наш род был бы столь велик, какой он есть если бы не прощал случайных ошибок?...Конечно нет...Пропустите меня и будем считать инцедент исчерпаным...
Эльфы отошли с дороги, и Бел довольный результатом маскарада продолжил путь в глубь леса.

Милое личико молодой Всадницы сопровождало Кандолену все минуты с той, что принесла разлуку. "Мира…" Мира заполнила собой безмолвную пустоту в душе драконихи, пустоту, которая непременно есть в душе каждого, заполнила и снова оставила Лену осиротевшей. Как точно она ощутила края этой пустоты, когда взмывала в воздух, последний раз коснувшись ладони своей Всадницы, оставляя девушку! И как же явно ощущалась её глубина, растущая с каждой милей отдаления!.. Расставание не приносило боли, которой можно было бы заполнить бездну, и там царило клубящееся притуплённой тревогой ничто. Во всех движениях Кандо теперь присутствовала некоторая нервность, торопливость, что не только лишало драконочку доли грации, но и мешало. Она видела только цель, отведя мелкие действия, способствующие её достижению, на задний план, и это служило опасную службу. Большое расстояние Ральде пришлось проделать пешком, по земле: от своего местонахождения она двинулась вдоль реки Рамр, а, преодолев её излучину, пройти половину расстояния до Булбриджа и, отходя от реки на восток, лишь после нескольких миль дала себе разрешение взлететь. Первый перелёт был ночным, но дальше населённых пунктов не было до самых границ эльфийского леса, и Кандолена чередовала ночные перелёты с дневными. В полёте неопытная летунья поднималась не высоко, через чур часто взмахивала недостаточно крепкими крыльями и быстро уставала, ей приходилось два часа полёта чередовать с часом полного отдыха и часом ходьбы, что серьёзно замедлило её продвижение к Дю Вельденвардену, не говоря уже об участке пути вдоль реки, на котором её скорость едва не уступала скорости быстрой змеи. В итоге больше недели несобранность и суетливость изматывали юную дракониху и мешали добраться до цели. Прошлым днём Кандо завидела с высоты тонкую тёмную полосу на горизонте, которая при внимательном рассмотрении оказалась первыми рядами деревьев Хранящего Леса. Радости Ральды не было предела, ликование переполнило юные тело и душу, и драконочка, забывшись в своём счастье, сделала в воздухе сальто; слабые и непривычные крылья не сумели совладать с резко ударившим воздушным потоком и, прогнувшись, сложились, Лена чудом успела раскрыть их вновь, но всё-таки зацепила передней лапой землю. Удар был внушительной силы для молоденького, не сформировавшегося ещё окончательно тела драконочки. Около часа кое-как приземлившаяся Кандолена не чувствовала лапу больше, чем покалывание в ней, которое постепенно переросло в гудящую боль. Когда нерадивая воздушная гимнастка с нажимом проводила по ушибленной конечности языком, кроме боли слабо ощущалось и это прикосновение. Шевеля лапой, она не ощущала боли в кости, осязательные рецепторы потихоньку приходили в себя, и Кандолена успокоилась. Для полного восстановления пришлось полдня пролежать, держа лапу в покое, а к тому времени наступила ночь и, вымотанная дорогой и шокированная происшедшим Кана позволила себе поспать. Всю ночь, как и каждую до неё, ей снилась любимая, обретённая и вновь утерянная, Всадница; во сне полёт не позволял забыться, а потому так или иначе лицо Миры сменяло лицо того странного человека. У Кандолены не получалось отделаться от воспоминаний необычайного пугающего чувства, какое возникло с его появлением и исчезло лишь когда она отлетела на добрую милю. Незнающая дракониха не могла объяснить, чем именно вызвано её тревожное недоверия человеческому мужчине, но больше всего ей не хотелось оставлять Миру с ним. Про чудную внешне девушку Лена почти не вспоминала, хотя и почувствовала в ней нечто, отдаляющее её сущность от человеческой, но это нечто, несомненно, светлое и тёплое, янтарное. И, тем не менее, сны её были тревожны. Проснувшись в рассвет, драконочка смогла взлететь и уже не останавливалась до самого леса.
Бронзовая чешуя сверкнула на солнце и влилась в буйство зелёных листьев. Кандо неловко приземлилась, припав на больную лапу, и прохромала вперёд пару шагов, чуть чудно подпрыгивая, останавливаясь. Дракониха пригнулась к земле и прижала уши, почувствовав мощь древнейшего леса, пропитанного магией. Но помимо магии эльфов она уловила и нечто иное и вскинула голову, навострив ушки. Тепло, совсем рядом витало тепло, уже знакомое и родное; Кана коснулась его. Её душа пропела, а глаза просияли. «Она! Мира!» - ликующе воскликнула драконочка и заводила головой, определяя нужное направление. И вот… она сделала всего десять шагов и увидела свою Всадницу… беззаботно валяющуюся в траве на глазах у двух странноватых на вид и «ощупь» созданий, близких к людям и мужского пола. Кандолена немного помедлила, растерявшись, но тут же подалась на встречу Всаднице, лежащей к ней головой, и, нависнув зеленоватой тенью, укоризненно выдохнула с усмешкой в глазах облачко тёплого тёмно-серого дыма.

Кандолена смутилась, и, взглянув свысока, ласково пожурила девушку: Мира, ну что ты творишь, это же сам... мужчины!.. Драконица ворчала недолго, переполнившая душу до краёв нежность в следующий же миг излилась в восторженный урчащий "взвизг", и покрытый мягкими крошечными чешуйками нос ткнулся в плечо Миры, задорно подтолкнув её. Карамельные глаза теперь уже прямо смотрели в глаза человеческой девушки, с восхищением и жадным вниманием.
- Как ты? У тебя что-то болит? Я соскучилась! Тебе что-нибудь нужно? Как тебе лес, понравился? А эльфы все тут такие хмурые, или только эти?
Кандолена издала короткий звук, напоминающий чихание, и наклонила голову влево, затем вправо, весело глядя на радостную Всадницу, и звенящим от эмоций голосом перебила расспросы: Мира, Мира, уже неважно! Я расскажу чуть позже, не сейчас. Как же моя душа рада твоей, Всадница! Но как же ты здесь, раньше меня? А Гальбаторикс?.. Неужели...
Сердце Лены замерло в догадке, в неверии счастью. Неужели её Всадница свободна? Неужели тот человек помог? ...только с клятвой тебе могут помочь либо эльфы, либо шейд... - вспомнила Кандолена его слова. Значит, она всё ещё может быть под гнётом клятвы... Драконочка сникла, в её взгляде проступал страх.
Мира... клятва...

Несмотря на то, что Эва была в неком состоянии, похожем на кому, она всё понимала. Она просто-напросто иногда незаметно проникала в мысли  Айзы и отслеживала весь их путь. Кстати, у девушки очень веселый конь, и Эва это заметила. И вот наконец они прибыли в Дю Вельденварден, чему эльфийка была очень рада.
-Наконец-то... Она очень была благодарна Айзе и её веселенькому коню, но шли они долговато...
Она попыталась проникнуть в мысли эльфа, который взял ее и понес в ближайший город, но получилось это только со второго раза. Как всегда, дикая боль пронзила ее сознание, но она проявила настойчивость и победила.
-Придурок! Это я - Эваринья! Ты знаешь, как меня вылечить?
-Эм... Прошу прощенья? Эльф как будто чего-то ждал.
-Так. давай обойдёмся без всяких там приветственных речей, а? Давай отвечай!
-Ну я не знаю...
-Ладно. Так. Спокойно. Ты можешь вернуть меня в сознание? Эльф с минутку подумал.
-Да... Пожалуй, могу. Не дав ему договорить, Эва закричала.
-Тогда возвращай! Она оставила его сознание и опять погрузилась в темноту.
Вскоре Эва вернулась в сознание и тут же "слетела" с эльфа.
-Спасибочки! Так. А теперь будешь мне помогать. Вы пропускали или встречали здесь альбиноса?
-Нет. Нам пришел приказ не пропускать альбиносов. Эльфийка сокрушенно вздохнула.
-Так. Понятно... А кого-то похожего? Убери мысленный барьер. Эваринья передала образы ассасина.
-А кого-то похожего на этого полукровку? Глаза эльфа испуганно расширились и он кивнул
-Куда он пошел?
-В Кевнон!
-Понятно. Тогда пока! Эльфийка побежала в сторону Кевнона, но на минутку подошла к Айзе, которая сидела неподалеку и наблюдала за Драконом и какой-то девушкой.
-Спасибо, Айза! Да хранят тебя звезды! Тут она направилась к дракону, не подходя к нему близко и громко сказал, приложив два пальца к губам.
-Атра эстерни оно тельдуин, скулблака! И побежала в Кевнон.

Наконец Айза смогла отвезти взгляд от эльфийского леса. Она была поражена. Ей трудно было представить, что альбинос ушел от эльфов. Эрих встревожено мотнул головой. Его грива полоснула по лицу Айзы. Но, на удивление коня, девушка не возмутилась, а тихо прошептала:
- Я хочу найти его следы. Неужели он действительно выбрался от туда?
Вскочив в седло, Айза направила Эриха вдоль леса. Если он смог выбраться из Дю Вельденвардена, то я найду его след. Я найду, даже если для этого придется объехать весь лес. Только после этого я успокоюсь. Айза пректасно понимала, что ее идея займет время, но она хотела лично удостовериться в уходе альбиноса. Она не верила, что он так чисто сделал задуманное. Не верила, что один человек, довольно не богатырского телосложения, смог так просто уйти из леса, где кишмя кишели эльфы. Но интуиция упорно говорила, что альбинос сделал все задуманное. А Айза привыкла спорить с интуицией. Она всегда проверяла ее на вшивость. Девушка проехала на Эрихе совсем недолго. При езде сложнее рассмотреть следы.
В итоге она не выдержала, и спустившись с коня, взяла его под узцы. Из леса до Айзы доносился запах дыма. К дыму от костра девушка привыкла, а к дыму горящего леса - нет. Она явно видела разницу. Как человек проживший в лесу Спайна восемь лет, Айза полюбила все, что связано с лесами. Там она чувствовала себя как рыба в воде. Но запах живых, горящих деревьев не давал сосредоточиться. Да и если альбиносу все таки удалось сбежать, значит на границе скоро появятся эльфы. А Айза не хотела, чтобы ее застали что - то ищущей в близи от и так пострадавшего леса. Девушка понятия
не имела, как поведут себя эльфы увидев на границе человека, который подошел так близко к их владениям. Да и альбинос навел слишком много шуму.
Айза не имела до Эвариньи никаких дел с эльфами. Может эти интелегенты неадекватные. Но их можно понять. Из неоткуда взялся белобрысый паренек, проник в их строго охраняемый лес, устроил там пожар... Кроме дыма мне ничто не свидетельствует о реализации планов альбиноса и его успехе, но я почему - то не сомневаюсь, что пожар устроил он. Короче, если я нахожу следы паренька, то могу лишь посочувствовать эльфам. Хоть девушка итпровела целый день в ожидании, находясь в положении лежа, она упорно чувствовала желание все бросить, уехать подальше от леса и прилечь под зеленой кроной. Где не пахнет горящими деревьями, где воздух чист и свеж, а звезды светят с неба холодным ровным светом. Но следопытка не могла остановиться. Отойти от леса, лишь для того чтобы не чувствовать дыма, значит увеличить зону поиска. В легкие проникал запах горячего дыма. От него у Айзы начала кружиться голова. Но вот наконец, на пыльной земле, девушка заметила то что искала. След не равномерный. Оставивший его бежал. Видимо, альбинос действительно жив. Девушка заинтересованно хмыкнула. И куда теперь направляется это одаренное создание?
Айза и представлять не хотела, как чувствуют себя эльфы, особенно те, кто находиться ближе всех к огню. Ей было жаль их. В конце концов, этот лес был их домом, а сейчас он горит.
Тем неимение, Айза просто наступила поверх этого следа ногой. Пусть эльфы сами догадываются, куда делся их недоброжелатель. Девушка чувствовала легкую вину перед Эвариньей, но она не хотела лишать эльфов возможности найти альбиноса самостоятельно, если те захотят его найти. Хотя следопытке в это не верилось. Разве был бы в этом смысл? Айза прошла с конем мимо следа, затоптав его. Еще минут десять девушка вела коня по пыльной и протоптанной земле. Затем начала потихоньку менять направление. Вскоре следопытка и конь шли по зеленой траве. Здесь тяжелые следы коня были не так отчетливо видны. Айза снова вскочила на него и погнала прочь от леса. Еще немного пропетляв по живописной местности и запутав следы самым невообразимым образом, на всякий случай, девушка развернула коня. Так, альбинос прошелся там. Айза погнала Эриха чуть наискось от места где обнаружила след.

Чтобы не ехать прямо за альбиносом и не топтать остальные следы. Она не хотела никому ни помогать, ни мешать. Ничего, кроме сочувствия к эльфам, Айза не испытывала. Она хотела узнать откуда взялся этот альбинос, зачем он проник в лес. Какие у него были на то причины? Девушке было интересно откуда взялся этот человек. Проник ли он в Дю Вельденварден по своему желанию, или же им кто - то руководит? Может он просто был наемником? Как бы то нибыло, девушка упорно решила следовать за ним. Опять же, следопытка любила странствовать, а не скитаться без цели. Раньше ее целью было исследовать как можно больше земель. Конечно, Айза исследовала не все, но видела гораздо больше чем люди которые живут в городах и деревнях. Знание этого давало ей основания считать цель выполненной. По возможности девушка была не прочь побывать и в неизведанных ею землях, но это она больше не считала это за цель. А вот теперь ей попалась такая замечательная возможность. Это была не цель, скорее Айза решила развлечь себя. А альбинос давал ей для этого все основания. Да и девушка действительно была впечатлена. Ехать на ночь глядя - не лучшая идея, но паренек наверняка не станет останавливаться в близи от Дю Вельденвардина. А мне надо двигаться за ним на минимальном расстоянии, но так чтобы стук копыт Эриха не было слышно. Как бы дождь не пошел, иначе не найти мне его. Свежий ветер, бодря, бил в лицо.
Айза любила ветер. Чистый, свежий, заставляющий двигаться вперед и не опускать руки. Ночь была теплой, Эрих выбрал себе темп бега и мерный стук от его копыт клонил девушку в сон. Айза почти заснула в седле, но ржание коня заставило ее открыть глаза. Рефлекс сработал быстрее чем девушка оценила ситуацию. Быстро пригнувшись, Айза избежала лобового столкновения с ветвью дерева. Большая наверно шишка вышла бы... Теперь с девушки сошли последние остатки сна и она сосредоточилась на дороге. Спустя какое - то время, Айза слезла с коня, и привязав его к дереву отправилась искать доказательства того, что она не сбилась с пути. А деревьев теперь не так много как было возле Дю Вельденвардена. Айза была не уверена, что едет правильно. Все же какую - то часть пути она проспала в седле. Но на удивление, девушка очень скоро нашла еще следы альбиноса. Девушка смогла найти следы любого, если бы ей понадобилось. Но даже такой хороший следопыт, как она, испытывала некие затруднения, если начинался дождь. И Айза надеялась, чтобы дождя во время ее путешествия не случилось. Девушка наклонилась, чтобы получше рассмотреть. Трава росла не равномерно и след парня отпечатался на сухой земле. Осторожно, чтобы не оставлять за собой таких же следов, девушка вернулась к Эриху. И снова она вскочила в седло и приветливо улыбнулась встречному ветру. Усталость как рукой сняло, и Айза припустила коня согласно маршруту.

Что может быть приятнее стремления учитывать твои желания у человека, с которым они полностью совпадают? Кандолена ликовала. Это была словно первая победа: их совместная, над разлукой – сладчайшая из побед! И пусть тоскливая грусть вновь воспоминанием закралась в сердце, она более не сжимала его, и радость – буйная, неудержимая – озаряла сломленные трудности, подобно рассветному солнцу. Не зная, что же клокочущее и сильное переполняет её тело и движет ею, юная дракониха по-лебединому выгнула длинную шею и красивым уверенным взмахом расправила кожистые крылья; из её горла вырвался воркующий рык, раскатистым стихающим эхом разнёсшийся по лесу. Глаза драконницы сияли ослепительно, как могут только от счастья. Она задорно поглядывала на Всадницу. Но её предложение несколько пошатнуло радужное расположение духа Кандо – она не хотела к эльфам, хотя особенного сопротивления эта идея не вызвала. Ещё с минуту изумрудная драконочка думала, но, не найдя альтернативы, всхрапнув кивнула головой, пригибаясь к Мире и заглядывая снова в её человеческие глаза. Моя Мира!.. Счастье этой встречи даже большее, чем первой! Наверное, я зря отнеслась подозрительно к тому человеку.. человеку, Мира? Дракониха наклонила голову, с внимательным прищуром вглядываясь в лицо девушки. Впрочем, не так уж важно, кто он, если помог... Но стоит знать того, перед кем я в вечном долгу. Она издала что-то вроде смиренного вздоха, нагрев воздух на пару секунд, и пошевелила лопатками. Там, между крыльев, всё ещё было седло. Лена задумчиво посмотрела на свою Всадницу, как бы нерешительно предлагая её поехать на своей спине. Ты бы попривыкла к седлу на мне, а я бы - к приятной тяжести твоего веса.

Когда Мира забралась на её спину, драконица с непривычки наоборот выгнула спину, чуть подбросив Всадницу в седле. Извини... Она виновато прижала уши. Кандо подняла голову вверх, высматривая просвет между деревьями, достаточный, чтобы можно было не задев веток взлететь. Очень осторожно, припадая немного на передние лапы, юная дракониха сделала пробные шажки. Она двигалась почти крадучись, обеспокоенно поводя то одним, то другим ухом и поворачивая голову к Мире на каждом шаге. Лена волновалась. Впервые она несла ответ не только за себя, и это было непривычно, боязно. Ещё не научившаяся ощущать движения и положение Всадницы спиной, неопытная летунья нервничала и металась между другими способами восприятия: зрением и слухом. Наконец уверившись, что Мира никуда не падает и более или менее комфортно сидит в седле, Кандолена вздохнула, успокаивая себя, и завертела мордой, усиленно ища возможность почти беспрепятственно взлететь. Наконец-то удачное место было найдено. Драконочка сощурила карамельные глаза, прижалась к земле и мощной, широкой волной раскрыла изумрудные крылья, подбрасывая себя и Всадницу почти вертикально вверх. Рискованный старт. Но почему-то раззадоренная волнением и предвкушением незабываемого ощущения полёта дракониха не смогла усомниться в том, что девушка удержиться и, может быть, даже оценит. Всё же она чувствовала её. В три чуть сбивчивых, но сильных маха дракон и её Всадница оказались над кронами деревьев. Благо, недалеко от окраины леса деревья были относительно молодыми и не очень высокими. Кандолена поборола желание обернуться и посмотреть, как там Мира, пока полностью не выровняла полёт. Затем она с сияющими радостью глазами повернула к ней голову, чуть обеспокоенно осмотрев от макушки до сапог. Мира, что скажешь? - весело пропела взбудораженная полётом и всё ещё не до конца осознанным счастьем быть со своей родной душой драконочка. Хотя Всадница и попросила её быть осторожнее... она просто не удержалась, чтобы не хвастануть! Теперь Кандолене было совестно, но радостно. Долго она лететь не сможет, но даже если полёт будет длиться меньше часа - это будут минуты восторга и умиротворения.

Національна комісія з цінних паперів та фондового ринку попереджає інвесторів про ризики втрати грошей в “Центрі біржових технологій” та «ISRAEL INVESTMENTS LTD».

Ці “проекти” не отримували від Комісії жодних ліцензій, необхідних для здійснення інвестиційної діяльності чи надання послуг з цінними паперами та іншими фінансовими інструментами на території України. Також Комісія не надавала необхідних дозволів на розміщення реклами, яку обидва проекти активно замовляють.

Комісія вбачає в діяльності, види якої вказані на сайтах проектів «ISRAEL INVESTMENTS LTD» та «Центр Біржових Технологій», ознаки можливого зловживання на ринку фінансових послуг.

НКЦПФР, в межах компетенції, здійснила всі необхідні дії, зокрема, зверталась (безуспішно) із запитами до осіб, які розміщують рекламні матеріали, порушила (успішно) справи про правопорушення за безліцензійну діяльність на фондовому ринку.

Крім того, повідомила правоохоронні органи та Службу України з питань безпечності харчових продуктів та захисту споживачів.
