Расступающийся перед скалистым побережьем лес, редеющий на подступах к городу внезапно, словно между скалами и деревьями существует договорённость о не нарушении границ. Тем более неожиданна эта перемена, что горный лес до самой границы густ и тёмен, и прохлада, наполняющая его, почти сразу сменяется пекущей жарой из-за открытости местности.

Лес… Таящий тёмные тайны лес Спайна… Сплетения ветвей над головой и трав под ногами, бесшумное зверьё в шуме тревожимой налетающим ласковой волной ветром листве и тренькающие и щебечущие на все лада птицы, густо-зелёный полумрак листвы и внезапные проблески лучистого неба…
- Мой лес; древнейший, затягивающий в свою безмятежную непостижимую истину лес!.. Вот и меня ты завлёк в свои могучие объятие годы назад и всё не желаешь отпустить. Ах, а ведь ты будто бы ревнивый отец, что более всего страшится отдать сердце дочери другому! Да ведь я сама, что папенькина дочка. Мне мило это заточенье, страшусь жестокой реальности. Вот оно: мне страшно не прошлое; но настоящее – моя душевная дрожь…
Кому принадлежали тихие слова? Той скиталице, что две трети своего века провела в пути по тропкам Алагейзии, что две трети своей жизни блуждала по своей же душе. Пылающая лилия, преследуемая пеплом своих лепестков. Некогда Эльдикомира, теперь же только Икоми.
Привыкание – тоже возможное условие любви. Она привыкла к этому миру, а полюбить его не было сложно. Что можно чувствовать к тому, с чем засыпаешь и просыпаешься, что видит твои слёзы и полуулыбки, что пускает тебя в себя, и чему ты никак не можешь не ответить тем же? Не переносить? Любить? Бояться? Икоми не помнила, чтобы когда-нибудь боялась леса… Она не могла не любить. Но и не переносила. Только эльфы, из человекоподобных, способны абсолютно безболезненно переносить моменты, когда лес и их душа соприкасаются. Это невыносимое ощущение!.. трудно подобрать определение лучше. С людьми такого обычно не бывает. Но на полукровок правила не распространяются; на них отыгрываются за обе расы, почти всегда. Что ж, кровь матери-эльфийки не позволяла забывать о себе. А Икоми была бы иногда и рада: забыть. Людей она любила больше, наверное. Наверное, потому что из эльфов знала одну лишь мать; а уж её-то девушка любила не за остренькие ушки. Эльф в ней самой довольствовался искренней нелюбовью. Эти черты характера...! Бывает так, узнаёшь в себе что-то, что ужасно раздражает во всех окружающих, и перед тобой два основных пути: либо заставить себя это полюбить, либо пресечь в себе все попытки этого существовать. Полюбить в себе высокомерность? Да одну её принять невозможно! В нескольких словах, часть себя – человека, странница любит куда как больше. Пожалуй, на этом можно пока прервать знакомство с Эльдикомирой… разве что напомнить: полное имя она не желает ни произносить, ни слышать.
Сейчас девушка сидела на ветке падуба (её ровесника по виду), метрах в трёх над землёй, и как-то лениво наклоняла то так, то этак меч. Меч Всадника поблескивал зеленоватым металлом. Отцовский меч. Он не признавал её своей хозяйкой, но позволял быть владелицей. В чём разница? Ну, представьте, что у вас есть щенок. Если он считает Вас своим хозяином, он будет, к примеру, лизать Вам руки, когда будите его гладить. А если нет, он позволит Вам себя кормить, играть с ним, но вот с «гладить» и «лизать руки» может возникнуть проблема. Иными словами, железка требовала к себе уважения и заставляла учитывать все свои особенности. Иначе… «Мой меч в бою не подведёт!» – это не про их случай. О, не сомневаюсь, наделять выкованный в меч кусок металла подобием души и воли – это походит на безумие. С таким утверждением бессмысленно спорить, но и соглашаться не будем: ни я, ни Икоми, ни упрямая и своевольная железка. Вообще причина такого «поведения» не совсем понятна. Прежний хозяин меча погиб, а Икоми – его дочь (и она надеялась, что кроме как с её матерью отец других детей не имел). Конечно, не следовало отбрасывать мысли насчёт разных сторон борьбы и жизненных ценностей, но всё-таки… Одиночка подбросила, закрутив, меч, и поймала другой рукой. «Допустим, дело даже не в мече. Допустим, это я такая рассеянная и никчёмная мечница. Хорошо. Тогда какому эти моменты поддаются объяснению? Случайность? Каждый раз? Если помниться, Бром сказал, что «один раз – случайность, два раза – следует быть внимательнее, три раза – пора искать причины». Ищу, сама не знаю, что… Оттуда искать начинаю-то? Эх… недоучившийся ученик, оставшийся без наставника – как детёныш, оставшийся без матери». Две незаживающие раны… Внутри что-то всколыхнулось, слабо. Икоми повела головой вправо, откидывая прядь, казалось, по ней пробежала рябь. Было достаточно жарко, но на волосы полукровки был накинут капюшон. Даже учитывая сменяющийся цвет её волос, это странно. Видеть её определённо некому, разве что лесному зверью, но какое ему дело? И сама себя девушка не видела. Просто так ей спокойнее. Да, это не вполне нормально. Но по каким критериям меряется нормальность? И применимо ли к ней это определение вообще? Икоми убрала отцовский меч в ножны. Посидев ещё немного, полукровка соскользнула с ветки на землю. Рассвет уже давно миновал, вслед за ним поспешил и полдень, склоняющееся к западу солнце обещало прохладу. Сегодняшний день имел мало братьев в жизни одиночки. Сегодня она наведается в город, а именно в Нарду. Крупный город, большой трактир и торговая площадь. Хотя полукровка и не переносит употребление в пищу мяса, одними ягодами и грибами, пусть с дополнением в виде орехов и кореньев, она питаться длительное время не могла. Поэтому раз в несколько месяцев отшельница заходит в какое-либо поселение в пределах Спайна. Ещё одной причиной таких посещений является изобилие в городских трактирах новостей о мире, ставшем много лет назад для Икоми внешним. Итак, меж деревьев, с колотящимся сердцем и спокойным лицом, - в Нарду...

Дышать… только дышать… Воздух огню вечный спутник; он жизнь огню, он гибель… Боль более всего походит на огонь; смирить её, но не сгубить, лишь лёгким дуновеньем равномерно. Разрозненные мысли, как плеск воды о стенки: мешают капли, разлетаясь, собрать все воды… - странно сплетались слова в мыслях девушки.
Есть два основных вида дыхания: поверхностное, при котором расширяется грудная клетка и поднимаются плечи, и через диафрагму – мышцу, разделяющую внутреннюю полость тела на грудную и брюшную. При дыхании через диафрагму расширяется не грудина, а брюшная полость, иначе – надувается при вдохе живот. Этот вид используют певцы. Отчасти чтобы почувствовать воздух внутри себя, что необходимо для точного направление его, ведь, как справедливо говорят, при неправильном дыхании чистого звука не получится. Итак, чтобы почувствовать воздух внутри себя, то есть, чтобы сосредоточиться. Почему это легче сделать при дыхании через диафрагму? Потому что это мышца, и её напряжение при прогибе под давлением воздуха ощутимо хорошо в достаточной мере.
Дыхание поверхностное протекает легче и незаметнее, именно оно – то самое «равномерное лёгкое дуновение». Глубинное же дыхание требует некоторых сил и «лёгким» не бывает. Глубинное дыхание – это порывы, мощные, но не беспорядочные, точно направленные; они раздувают огонь сильнее подобно мехам, но так он прогорает быстрее и болезненнее, ощутимее. Выбор Икоми – в пользу болезненности.
Девушка вдыхала воздух глубоко, ровно, и направляя в живот. Через лёгкие он уже не проходил свободно, его надо было проталкивать вниз. В обычном состоянии эта разница незначительна, незаметна почти, если глубинное дыхание привычно, но сейчас для полукровки и дыхание давалось с усилием. Ноющая боль, дым в мыслях и дрожь слабости по телу рассеивали её личность, напоминали в совокупности некую полудрёму, в которой мир ощущаем сквозь пелену. Что-то смутное, двойственно тревожное просачивалось сквозь неё… Теребя пальцами траву, зажатую между ними, она вводила себя на другую ступень подобия транса. Сосредоточие на центре, на точке боли. Сравнимо с шелестом, перерастающим в шум, нарастающий, нарастающий, нарастающий гулом, звенящий, звенящий криком ястреба… Размеренность течения времени мгновенно преломилась паническим позывом. Припадая к земле инстинктивно, девушка различила вначале мелькнувшую на долю секунды тень и тут же палево-песочный силуэт, мягко приземлившийся перед ней. Резкий разворот, взмах когтистой лапой – Икоми вскинулась, подаваясь назад всем корпусом, но… медлительна; плечо глубоко полоснуло и она опрокинулась на спину. От резкой перемены положения тела в глазах потемнело, девушка ошалело уставилась на кровь, стекающую по блестящим когтям большой песочного окраса кошки; пума – горный лев. Пума, подобрав под себя лапу, скалила с рычащим шипением зубы, её лопатки сильно выдавались на выгнутой волной спине, шерсть на загривке стояла дыбом. Кошка сделала уверенный шаг к полукровке, нависая над ней; Икоми же пришла в себя и не шевелилась уже из соображений не провоцировать зверя на новое нападение. Пума рыкнула, но сорвалась на странно прозвучавший «мяв», раздражённо клацнув зубами. Странница осторожно заскользила взглядом по телу кошки. Сдерживаемое дыхание вырвалось коротким выдохом. У неё был рассечён бок, от третьего ребра к внутренней части бедра, животному повезло, что рана была неглубокой. Полуэльфийка ощутила острое сострадание, перекрывшее даже ужас. Рука медленно вытянулась вдоль тела девушки, миновав рукоять меча, задевшую запястье, и медленно осторожно начала подниматься к ране. Пума, не сводящая с неё каре-зелёных пристальных глаз, заподозрила неладное и с громким рыком взмахнула лапой, взрыхлив землю на месте вовремя поднятой головы странницы. Девушка сжала побелевшие губы, понимая, что не вырвется из-под зверя, не причинив ей боли, а значит – шейд бы эту эльфийскую кровь! – не вырвется точно. И, запоздало открыв сознание для попытки мысленно успокоить кошку, Икоми зацепила то второе, тревожащее её с самого начала… «Не зверь..?»

Лучи полуденного солнца безжалостно таранили, постепенно таявшую, оборону скрывавшего опасность в наполнявшей его, образованной тенью тьме, древнего леса, в пучину которого Следопыт погружался все глубже и глубже, доколе сопровождаемая им особа не остановится, или хотя бы не сбавит шаг. Даже обладавшему эльфийской скоростью, Феанору, было нелегко преследовать, словно скользившую по льду, проносившуюся по сплетенному из травы ковру девушку. Долго длился сей лесной поход, и хотя для Нора это был не поход, а дневная прогулка по рощице, под влиянием наступавшей скукой, внимание рейнджера к незнакомке и окружающей обстановке начало несколько падать. Вскоре он уже шел, в основном полагаясь на одни лишь инстинкты, сам же углубившись в воспоминания и всей душой находясь сейчас в Эллесмере, около года тому назад. Там в дивно блистающем светом, королевском дворце собралась практически вся высшая знать эльфийского государства, дабы обсудить вопрос, колыхавший в то время весь Дю Вельденварден – «Станут ли Перворожденные вступать в открытую войну с Империей?» Настроения в народе были различными – большая часть воинов мечтала, наконец, отомстить Империи за все причиненные им горести, однако было также не мало тех, кто не желал расставаться с близкими, что уходили на войну и могли не вернуться и тех, кто, отлично помня сражение при Илирии, считал, что еще одна война станет гибельной для всего эльфийского народа. Что же касается аристократов, многие из них склонялись в сторону начала войны, больше же всех – наш знакомый, Феанор, давно жаждавший покончить с тиранией, расплатиться с Гальбаториксом за все.
В конечном итоге протяженного собрания, после бурных споров и веских аргументов, князю и его сторонникам удалось убедить большинство представителей знатных Домов и, главное, королеву Имиладрис, возобновить военные действия против Империи. Не раз в зале совета прозвучали слова о клятве эльфов придти на помощь варденам в трудную минуту, о том, что ныне пришло время взяться за мечи, и восстановить в Алагейзии справедливость, ввязаться в войну ради мира. С тех пор Феа чувствовал, что вся ответственность за эльфийскую армию и народ теперь лежит на нем. И если войско остроухих в скором времени потерпит поражение, это будет его виной и он молча попытается искупить ее.
Вернуться из мира воспоминаний в мир реальный, следопыту помогло нежданно-негаданно полученное мысленное сообщение:
- Астра эстерни оно тельдуин, Феанор-водхр!
- Ун дю эваринья оно варда! – ответил рейнджер.
- Жаль, что ты покинул наш лес… Ты пропускаешь самое интересное. Нам доложили, что в Дю Вельденварден собирается пожаловать незваный и, похоже, весьма опасный гость, – проинформировал нашего следопыта эльф, который оказался, собственно, старшим помощником и заместителем Феанора на посту капитана Лесной Гвардии.
- И в правду жаль, Эресхил-вор… - на минутку следопыт задумался.
Вот ж не повезло! Как назло, опасность пожаловала в мой лес именно тогда, когда меня в нем нет! А ведь я добрых сто лет сторожил его границы, и ни разу за все те годы в Дю Вельденарден не заявлялось никого опаснее, чем сейчас. Может, стоит попробовать успеть вернуться домой, дабы разобраться с этим… «Гостем»? Тем паче, что это моя обязанность – защищать границы эльфийского королевства. Могу ли я столь рисковать его безопасностью, доверяя свое дело другим эльфам? Нет, не могу. Пока я еще не вошел с оной путницей в контакт, мне не трудно будет ее покинуть и вернуться в Кевнон.
Внезапно раздавшиеся звуки привлекли внимание рейнджера. Оказалось, что на девушку, за которой он следовал, напала пума. Это и определило его выбор. Родная страна и народ ему были дороже всего на свете, однако же он не мог сейчас бросить даму в беде. Ну не мог, и все тут! Поступить таким образом, по его мнению, мог только трус. К тому же он обещал Айлоне отыскать ее дочь, и, даже если сейчас она не погибнет, ему все равно уже никогда не отыскать ее. Шанс, что выпал ему сегодня, попадается лишь раз в жизни…
Видно сама судьба свела нас в этот день…
Бросив старпому короткое:
- Возьми с собой взвод Лесных Стражей и направляйся к главной дороге, где устроишь ассасину засаду.
Нор, пробежавшись так, что капюшон слетел с его головы со скоростью орла, обнажив остроконечное эльфийское достоинство, сократил расстояние меж ним и «милой парочкой» до десяти метров.
Убить животное было бы жестоко, да и я не могу подвергать здоровье девушки такому риску – вдруг я случайно попаду в нее, да и неизвестно, как отреагирует кошка на мою стрельбу. Единственный способ сохранить жизни всем нам, это вступить с хищником в мысленный контакт.
- Здравствуй. Я твой друг и желаю помочь тебе. Ты тяжело ранена, позволь, я осмотрю твое увечье… - Эти и многие другие слова Древнего языка, словно бабочки, проносились от Феанора в сознание зверюги. На мгновенье, оный объект замешкался, раздумывая, видимо, как ему поступить. Еще раз взглянув на эльфа прослезившимися глазами, увидев которые, невозможно было не посочувствовать этому бедному животному, пума осторожно отпустила девушку и осторожно подошла в сторону эльфа, правда, все же для безопасности оставив меж ними расстояние около одного метра.
- Вайзе Хаиль – промолвил негромким ясным голосом остроухий, подошедши к горному льву и приложив свою руку к его кровавой ране, от которой после слов заклинания не осталось и следа.
- Ну, а теперь беги домой. – сказал на прощание пуме мужчина. Одарив остроухого изобилующим благодарность взглядом, кугуар скрылся из виду. Теперь они с загадочной девушкой остались наедине. Не став гадать, что думает о нем незнакомка, Нор привстал со своей задумчивой позы и быстрыми шагами подошел к даме.
- Сударыня, с вами все в порядке? Вы не р… - с тревогой воззрившись на кровь, стекавшую у девушки с плеча, воин спросил - Не возражаете, если я вылечу вас?

Отвлекшись на чужое сознание, Икоми упустила драгоценный миг, и, покоряясь, бессильно опустила голову на землю, расслабив мышцы, и её взгляд успокоился, затерявшись в пульсирующем зеленоватом узоре карих глаз зверя; но зверь явно медлил: зависнув на пару секунд в не пугающей более близости, пума отвела взгляд в сторону, и взгляд полукровки, как привязанный, повторил это. Но девушка не увидела того, кого видела горная львица - она всё так же смотрела лишь ей в глаза, и мироосознание сузилось до видения их, восприятие в остальном притупилось. Кошка перешагнула через девушку и, похоже, тут же позабыла о ней, а к Икоми стали постепенно возвращаться отключенные осязательные ощущения; левый бок в районе рёбер словно обдуло холодным ветерком - там прижимала секунду назад переднюю лапу пума, беря в тиски тело предполагаемой жертвы, зажав с другой стороны задней лапой бедро девушки: в том месте тоже ощущался холодок. Ещё не прерванный полностью зрительный контакт управлял движениями полукровки, и вскоре девушка щекой ощутила холодную землю и стебельки травы, стеклянные глаза смотрели на направленные куда-то зрачки пумы; постепенно глубина отрешённой погружённости в каре-зелёные глаза мельчала. Следующим вернулся слух; как сквозь сон различался чей-то голос, и то, что одиночка узнавала в этом звучании именно голос, свидетельствовало о почти полном восстановлении после шока. Стремительно во рту разлился привкус крови, а на обонятельные рецепторы обрушилось обилие её запаха; пелена спала.
- Сударыня, с вами все в порядке? Вы не р…
Странница перехватила взгляд говорящего, пока шевеля только глазами; от него она угрозы не чувствовала на инстинктивном уровне, поэтому позволила себе через подсознание возвращаться к движению постепенно. Отпустив взгляд незнакомого создания, она посмотрела вслед кошке. Каре-зелёные глаза с дрожащим от боли ободком в радужке ясно вернулись ко внутреннему взору полуэльфийки. Вздох лёгкого сожаления сорвался с её губ, глаза начали выражать чувства снова и выражали грусть. Она красива... завораживающе... Палево-песочный силуэт промелькнул перед её глазами вновь, но на этот раз место страха заняло восхищение; движения раненной кошки оставались грациозны и плавны, но вместе с тем - стремительны и точны. Эльфийская половина крови пробуждала в полукровке любовь к созданию, называемому горной львицей... подобную детской любви к ястребам. Девушка прикрыла глаза, стирая полюбившийся странно и скоро образ, и перекатилась на правый бок, сев. Внезапно вспыхнувшая в потревоженной ране боль заполнила сознание, оглушив на миг, и рука сама собой вскинулась к плечу, прикрывая, пальцы соскользнули немного ниже по маслянистой на ощупь загустевающей жидкости. Только сейчас резкий запах и привкус железа сложились в целое. Кровь моя. Ведь она тогда задела, - полностью осознала девушка. Поднимаясь на ноги, она сразу привстала на мыски и сделала маленький шажок вперёд и вправо, только после этого опустившись на полную стопу, слегка покачнувшись: нахлынувшая боль немного выбила её из равновесия. Для странницы время было ещё растянуто, но на самом деле всё это заняло лишь несколько секунд. Как верно заметил когда-то кто-то, "замедляя своё время мы ускоряем ход своей жизни". Пусть отшельница с пристрастием к философии не вспомнила об этих словах ни сейчас, ни когда-либо ранее, ибо их никогда не знала, именно так она изменила свою жизнь около ста лет назад; когда-то эта мысль, возможно, придёт к ней ещё.
- ...Не возражаете, если я вылечу вас?
Эльдикомира лишь сильнее сжала плечо, дотрагиваясь пальцами до раны. Ледяная дрожь прошила тело, вытолкнув воздух из лёгких и заставив девушку вздрогнуть, побледневшая, она на слабой улыбке превратила это в смешок. Она смотрела себе под ноги: на следы большой кошки.
- Нет. Пусть запомнит, - с отрешённым видом отказалась знахарка, однако голос её был твёрд.
«Да и магия меня собьёт с ног… после этого вся моя переносимость сошла на нет; «Отрази»...» Пылающая Лилия тихонько презрительно фыркнула и коснулась напоминания о собственной глупости, передвинув ладонь выше от раны. Злилась, снова злилась, хотя и знала, что причиной – всего лишь жалобный плач разодранного тела. «С чего..? Даже если её территория, без причины зверь не нападёт, а из-за раны она была слаба и уязвима». Вопрос не даст полукровке покоя, только ответ. Но стоил ли покой поиска на этот раз? Икоми мгновенно обратила всё своё внимание на спасителя. Глаза девушки бегали по его лицу; что-то в нём казалось влекуще знакомым, ускользая от понимания; если бы она догадывалась о причине, стоило бы только всмотреться в блестящие тёмные кудри. Икоми мало смущала явность настороженной заинтересованности, с какой взгляд останавливался на чертах нового для неё человека. Завершив детальное ознакомление в считанные секунды, странница оглядела его в рост, и на её губах расцвела улыбка, с которой встречают дорогого гостя. «Иногда ошибаться приятно», - заметила про себя девушка.
- Что делать светлому созданию вблизи людей?
Одиночка наклонила голову, от чего посветлевшие на несколько тонов волосы ссыпались с левого плеча, обнажив шею и ожог-лилию, лепестки которой были окровавлены и словно горели ярче, правая ладонь всё так же прикрывала рану. Хотя на губах её ещё светилась улыбка, боль выявляла себя еле заметным вблизи подрагиванием бровей.

Движения ее не менее изящны, чем у самой эльфийской королевы, несмотря на то, что внешне она мало чем отличается от простой смертной… Свободолюбива и невесома как кошка. Вернее, как пума. О да, как они друг на друга похожи... Несомненно, родственные души... Осторожна, как змея… Стройна, словно соколиха; чиста и смиренна, точно голубка, а голос ее столь же звонкий, как у птиц. Прекраснее лучшего и самого отшлифованного клинка на свете… Краше весеннего рассвета и чарующа подобно музыке Перворожденных! Добродушная улыбка на ее устах восхищает взгляд, а диковинная сонность на личике лишь делает ее много примечательнее.
Таковой узрел Феанор Эльдикомиру в ее нынешнем облике. И был околдован ею, и неслучайно - ведь с Эльди не смогла бы сравниться ни одна человеческая девушка, так как не обладала теми эльфийскими чертами, что полукровка получила от матери.
Ах, как же она похожа на Айлону! – восхищался дамой следопыт.
И все же хоть она и сильно изменилась за последние сто лет, лицом она мало отличалась от той Икоми, которую следопыт увидел на фейтхре ее матери. Разве что волосы у новой Миры были потемнее. Впрочем, это лишь служило одним из доказательств того, что он встретил именно ту девушку, которую искал. Такой, как у нее, шрам, между прочим показавшийся очень кстати, можно было встретить не часто, не говоря уж об украшенном бриллиантом, мече эльфийской работы, который открылся взору мужчины, как только последний подошел к страннице. Конечно, он мог еще подстраховаться, проверив ее мысли, однако же он не стал этого делать, ибо для него подобные действия были равнозначны насилию, а он не считал себя извергом, способным рыться в бедной женской головушке.
Если это не она, то я не последний князь Эвайены! - воодушевленный уверенный в себе, Феа собрался было обо всем поведать девушке...
И тут рейнджера как громом сразило – он же до сих пор не поприветствовал Всадницу должным образом!
- Ох, где же мои манеры… - пробормотал Нор себе под нос, после чего в эльфийском жесте коснувшись пальцами губ, поздоровался с собеседницей, глядя ей прямо в глаза. – Астра эстерни оно тельдуин!
Он не мог быть уверен в том, что полуэльфа, которая большую часть жизни прожила отшельницей, в дали от людей, а тем более ее сородичей, сможет как следует ответить на его приветствие, однако правила для него всегда были важнее всего. Выждав немного для приличия, эльф перешел к делу.
- Для начала, позвольте представиться: Феанор из Дома Аскаланте. – учтиво поклонившись, рейнджер продолжил - Вы правы, мадемуазель. Среди людей мне, скорее всего, делать абсолютно нечего, – с полуусмешкой-полуулыбкой заметил остроухий, – чего не скажешь о полулюдях. Не думаю, что наша сегодняшняя встреча случайна. Причина того, что вы имеете счастье или несчастье, вам виднее - видеть меня перед вами кроется в вас самой, леди Эльдикомира. Я обещал вашей матери, Айлоне, найти вас и доставить к ней. Надеюсь, вы не возражаете?
Еще раз посмотрев на алое от крови плечико девушки, следопыт будто бы почувствовал, как ей больно. – Быть может, вы все-таки разрешите мне исцелить вашу рану? Вы же истечете кровью!
Тем временем, старый лес словно ожил, нет, скорее очнулся ото сна. Послышались мелодичное пение воробушков, уже успевших занять удобные позиции на ветвях могучих дубов, стройных сосен и белоснежных берез и теперь окликавших лес в поисках той единственной, что откликнется на призыв, вступит с самцом в священный брак и, питая к нему безграничную любовь, подарит ему детей. Где-то вдалеке звучал пронзительный «смех» филина. И ни один из этих звуков не ускользал от острого слуха эльфийского следопыта, которому были понятны все слова птичьих песнопений. Пестрый гобелен из самых разных цветов от колокольчиков и ромашек до зверобоев и васильков, любящих соприкасаться с тенью (хоть сейчас ее почти и не было) и находившихся под защитой деревьев устилал землю Спайна, а от высоких, выше башен замка, сосен, верхушки которых поднимались к самым облакам, исходило чудесных ароматом хвои. Да, вот оно – место, в котором, по мнению Феанора, можно было бы жить вечно.
Я не удивлюсь, если она тут живет… Хотя в Дю Вельденвардене ей несомненно понравится куда больше, чем здесь, ибо по красоте и уюту с ним не сравнится ничто, даже Спайн.

Полуэльфийка повторила его движение, развернув правую кисть и коснувшись губ неравномерно окровавленными пальцами, на губах остался алый мазок. Догадавшись о нелепости положения, девушка приподняла кисть, прикрывая нижнюю часть лица от собеседника, и слизнула сильно отдающую железом жидкость, чуть поморщившись. «И пьющий залпом кровь чужую, никогда своей не насладится», – вспомнились принадлежащие драконихе Брома – молодой и блистательно прекрасной Сапфире – слова. Некстати припомнившееся прошлое заставило девушку смешаться, и рассеянно бегающий взгляд ненадолго вернул ей потерянный вид. Очнувшись и возвращая мысли к настоящему моменту с призрачным затруднением, Икоми прошептала ответное приветствие:
– М-морранр лиф-фа унин хьяр-та онр!..
Едва уловимый для непривычного уха акцент зацепил слух полукровки: её эльфийская речь ранее была чистой и мелодичной. Неприятное открытие. Хоть в малом, но утрата, и добровольная к тому же… Возобновившееся звучание голоса эльфа оборвало нить угнетающих размышлений вовремя. Странница подняла фокусирующийся взгляд на неожиданного спасителя, и внимание полностью вернулось к ней, когда он произнёс своё имя; девушка кивнула, показывая, что слышит его слова и слушает. В то же время где-то на третьем уровне мыслей она отметила, что называющийся так именем обычно собирается повести беседу серьёзную и основательную; по тому же третьему уровню разлилось глухое беспокойство.
Полуэльфийка вздрогнула. Беспокойство нарастало подобно тому, как нарастает морской вал, нависающей неудержимой грозящей мощью приближалось откуда-то из отдаленного понимания, сопровождаемое грохочущим шумом забившегося отдачей в груди сердца…
– …леди Эльдикомира. Я обещал вашей матери, Айлоне…
Разбито. Как вложить дыхание в ответ, когда лишение осознанно в обретении? Слепа. Слабовольна, глупа, ничтожна..! жалка… Смириться со смертью матери так просто… и даже так легко… всего лишь никогда более не думая об этом!.. Не ища опровержения во избежание новой боли от ненайденного… Спасая себя от разочарования и горечи осознания неоспоримой утраты, в один миг приняла решение об этом забыть – небрежным росчерком вычеркнуть из жизни даже прошлой, как и настоящей!.. «Как низко пала… ты презираема мной не напрасно… моя боязнь и слабость, мой эгоизм! Как можно..?! Не будь ты мной, тебя бы ненавидела, должно быть… Предательница. Истинная эгоистка». Ни единой струны не дрогнуло в душе Эльдикомиры, только осознание; но что такое осознание без чувства? Холодный просчёт и равнодушная констатация фактов. Пустая дыра: ни одного отзвука эха… ничего… «Я не такая, как мать. Мама помнила. Мама…» Немыслима и ни с чем не сравнима боль матери, лишившейся дочери, родителя, живущего при мёртвом ребёнке! Нечто рванулось наружу всем своим существом, стремясь отделиться и избежать подступающего импульсного щемления в груди… но опоздало. Судорожный всхлип нарушил молчание одиночки, обильные слёзы полились из глаз, Эльдикомира дрожащими пальцами коснулась лба, зажмурившись, она впервые за длительное время впустила в себя чужую боль и позволила её быть полноправной хозяйкой в своей онемевшей душе, а после - излиться до капли; лишь каплю она вознамерилась сохранить, во избежание в дальнейшей жизни равнодушия к своему поступку, растянувшемуся на век. Да, правильнее воспринимать это так – поступок. Легче нести ответственность за то, что сделал, хотя на самом деле… по сути она не делала ничего, и это хуже, намного хуже. Великую цену платим мы за сказанные слова, и за несказанные – не меньшую!.. то же и с поступками… а её не спасло одно знание. Девушка прервалась так внезапно, что вначале потерялась в чувствах; в её душе и мыслях никогда не было так ясно и кристально. Эльди отняла руку от лица – теперь перепачканы солоноватой от слёз кровью были щёки – и, открыв глаза, смотрела уже на лоскуток неба в обрамлении пестрящей зеленью листвы на удивление какой-то части своего сознания спокойно и открыто, не щуря глаза на слабые лучики света. Должно быть, странное облегчение на душе связано с неожиданным избавлением от непривычной тяжести… но это было приятно даже. Икоми ощутила стыд. Как можно наслаждаться лёгкостью на душе, если она обретена через боль другого, любимого создания? Но призрачное чувство не омрачило на этот раз непривычно светлого состояния. «Вот так, так лучше. Неплохо, Эльди. Теперь наконец нашла, что такое «понять».
– Вы только что потревожили рану, принесшую многим больше боли, – всё так же смотря вверх и в сторону, заметила полукровка голосом едва не беззаботным в спокойствии; она перевела взгляд на эльфа и, где-то на задворках сознания отметив, что он молод, но его глаза значительно старшее её собственных, с благодарной полуулыбкой продолжила мягко и негромко, – И только благодаря Вам она затянулась, благодарю. Но… это даже забавляет: знахарка истечёт кровью в лесу и с лекарствами в заплечном мешке; позор тогда на голову моей учительницы!
Икоми действительно почувствовала присутствие призрака весёлости, но он был слаб и призрачен и не мог дать смеха. Рана беспокоила, ещё сильнее от того, что полукровка не давала какое-то время боли утихнуть, однако скоро она ощутила, что боль уходит на задний план; тело усвоило урок. Медлительность обходиться может и дороже. Уверившись, девушка беспрепятственно опустила руки и слегка кивнула несколько набок, смягчая требовательный жест до просьбы.

Несмотря на то, что в сию минуту мыслями рейнджер был чрезвычайно поглощен в жизнь леса, ему все же удалось заметить странноватые действия полуэльфийки. Возможно, со стороны это и могло показаться забавным, однако Перворожденный вовсе не спешил разразиться смехом, или же обращать внимание на ее несколько необычное произношение древнего языка, внешне сохраняя все столь же невозмутимо-спокойное выражение лица, как если бы он говорил с самым обыкновенным эльфом. Воспитанный в лучших традициях эльфийского общества, Феанор понимал, как неловко сейчас чувствует себя дочь Айлоны, и он искренне сочувствовал ей. К тому же в его планы совсем не входило ссориться с девушкой, которую он должен был доставить в Кевнон.
Между тем, причина его нахождения здесь, похоже, очень сильно тронули даму, возродив ней бурю чувств, которые она не слишком-то старалась скрывать. Отчего она плачет? – этот вопрос тот час же родился у него в голове и не давал покоя. Однако задать его он не смел, ибо не мог себе позволить вторгаться в личную жизнь практически чужого существа. Впрочем, ответ на них нашелся совсем скоро – Что еще могло так беспокоить девушку, как ни ее мать? Подумать только, ей целую сотню лет пришлось прожить отшельницей, целых сто лет не видеться ни с кем из родных. Ясным взором проникнув в очи собеседницы, следопыт кажется догадался, что Всадница, возможно, считала Айлону давно умершей… Иначе как объяснить столь долгое ее жизнь вдали от матери? Как объяснить те эмоции, что ныне владели этим хрупким созданием? Но главным же было не это. Главным было то слишком хорошо знакомое рейнджеру чувство, чувство тяжелой и невозвратной потери, которое Нор мог поклясться, что присутствовало в Эльдикомире. По крайней мере пару мгновений назад… До того, как он произнес имя «Айлона». Слишком было много видных улик сего, которые такой опытный эльф как он мог заметить без особого труда. И это чувство неоспоримо роднило их, точно так же, как любовь к свободе и приключениям роднит журавля и кошку, как лава сродни воде.
Но вот теперь она вела себя так, словно у нее возродилась надежда, прошлое же чувство начало угасать…
Рука эльфа осторожно коснулась раны девушки, и слова спасительного заклинания, легкие, как перышки, слетели с его губ:
- Вайзе Хаиль.
Перворожденная ладонь тот час засияла подобно свету солнца, который пролился на плечо полукровки. Все это должно было положить конец мучениям девушки.
Взирая на результаты своих трудов, Феанор позволил себе сделать слабою улыбку. Как никак, а его спутнице, если Икоми вообще можно было назвать таковой, все же полегчало.
- Я понимаю вас, сеньорита... Многим из нас довелось лишиться самого близкого и дорогого в жизни, лишиться навсегда. И я рад, то ваша потеря оказалась не безвозвратной. Этот мир будет уже на чуточку лучше оттого, что один из его обитателей обрел свое счастье.

Знахарка повела плечом, почти жалея уже, что уступила. Она всегда давала ранам заживать самостоятельно, страховалась только мазями/отварами/припарками и т.п., только опасные подбадривала магией. А впустить в своё тело чужеродную магию… почему-то измотанный организм не воспротивился, но это пока что…
Одиночка метнула быстрый взгляд, полыхнувший настороженным неверием. «Понимаешь… как же!..» Не стоило эльфу произносить это слово! Проведя долгое мгновение «глаза в глаза» с ним, Дико отвела взгляд вниз, и её губы тронула дрожащая усмешка.
– Не обманывайтесь, Феанор. Лишиться – не отречься! Не обманывайтесь…
Девушка вздохнула и преобразила усмешку в дружелюбную улыбку: как-никак, она признала его поддержку. Теплоты и света взгляду хватило лишь на две секунды. Икоми присела на корточки, собирая некоторые продукты, выкатившиеся из лежащей на боку корзины; похоже, пума задела её, или сама Икоми. «…не безвозвратной…» Отрекаясь, обрываешь нить… и это не та нить, которую можно восстановить с помощью магии. Только связать снова две части; но на месте разрыва навсегда останется узел. И нить уже не будет так прочна. Хранящая Пепел подкинула на ладони яблоко и поймала на тыльную сторону, выгнутую лодочкой; ей было непривычно холодно и страшно; она выгнула кисть горочкой и позволила яблоку скатиться на подставленную ниже ладонь, крепко сжав фрукт пальцами, одиночка откусила средний кусок, сок которого хлынул обильной кислотой, на мгновение «оглушив» её. «Я пока не готова к любому исходу и лучшего из них не знаю… но, может быть, мне хватит времени пути, чтобы выбрать и подготовить себя?..» – даже собственные мысли сквозили неуверенностью. Эльдикомира опустилась с корточек на колени, садясь себе на ноги.
– Феанор, прошу Вас,.. расскажите, как там ма…Айлона? – негромко, старательно держа на среднем уровне темп и интонации, попросила полукровка.

Огромный город пылающий, словно бутон, в огне. Крики и стоны тех жителей, не успевших скрыться в цитадели, и ныне один за другим гибнущих от имперского меча, топора, копья или огня раздаются во всех его уголках, оглушая сильнее рыка проносящихся над городскими домами драконов. Вдруг – очередной взмах хвоста летящей твари, громовой удар по башне, и водопад из сотен несущих смерть осколков спадает с небес на землю… И снова крики, и снова стоны… И так уже шейд знает сколько часов… Число способных сопротивляться уменьшается с каждой минутой… нет, секундой! Южные ворота потеряны окончательно, от гарнизона западных - никаких вестей… Скорее всего, их постигла та же участь… Внешние стены еще час назад были отданы врагу… Здесь он родился, и здесь же умрет…
Минул еще час. Еще шестнадцать воинов княжеского отряда получили тяжелые ранения или погибли, пока мы добирались до цитадели… Двери накрепко заперты, но вряд ли это сможет остановить бесчисленных захватчиков…
И еще один час прошел, медленно, словно вечность… Город в котором он родился, в котором он рос, и которым совсем недолго правил – захвачен коварным врагом… Теперь он далеко от него… последний взгляд в сторону охваченной пламенем и окруженной войсками Гальбаторикса Эвайены… Этот взгляд отпечатался в нем на века…
Феанор, все еще крепко стиснув кулаки, вспоминая события столетней давности посмотрел в лицо перечившей ему даже не эльфийки…
- Прошу прощения, если ошибаюсь, но мне кажется, что вы не правы, сеньорита… Вы отреклись от нее потому, что считали потерянной навсегда… И испытывали при этом именно те чувства, кои люди испытывают при потере близкого человека. Прошу вас, не вините себя. У вас тогда не было иного выхода – кроме как скрыться от войск распроклятой Империи в лесу Спайн. Радуйтесь предстоящей вам встрече и не омрачайте ее бесполезными печалями о прошлых ошибках… Поверьте, о них лучше забыть… Не на всегда, так на время. - с вдохновением в голосе произнесли его уста.
Увидев, чем занимается девушка, воспитанный в княжеской семье эльф не замедлил ей помочь, тут же встав на колено и собрав оставшиеся фрукты в корзину.
- Ваша мать прекрасна также, как и более ста лет назад, ибо эльфы не подвластны старости. Но она очень скучает по вам. С тех самых пор, когда ей удалось спастись от жестокости Императора под сенью древнего, как сама жизнь, Дю Вельденвардена среди своих сородичей, тоска по вам не спадала с ее лица. Когда я видел ее в последний раз, глаза ее были полны обильных горьких слез, слез из-за разлуки со своим дитя. - Почувствовав, что сказал достаточно, Феанор умолк. Вспомнив последнюю встречу с Айлоной, он сам чуть не заплакал. Какое счастье, что ему удалось найти то сокровище, что сможет вылечить печаль его знакомой.

Эльдикомира почти ощущала физически, что её плоский зрачок стремится сжаться, не в силах выразить ядовитый смог, стремительно наполнявший душу и подступавший к горлу; смех вырвался сухим и неискренним, дерущим лёгкие и горло, и одиночка прервалась кашлем, неожиданно переросшим в убеждённый крик:
- Отрекающийся уже не чувствует ничего! - звучно пресекла Эльдикомира, продолжила, впрочем, спокойно, - Отречение - это даже не отказ. Отказываются от чего-то ради чего-то, а отрекаются без замены... если вынутое ничем не заменить, образовавшееся пространство заполняет пустота. Не из чего мне было чувствовать потерю.
Если бы это было в её силах, она променяла бы на несколько мгновений глаза на змеиные!
- Я отрекалась от неё живой, - жёстко окончила полукровка.
Позволила матери похоронить свою дочь и жить без неё. Потому-то я и не могла уже скорбеть о ней, когда узнала слухи о её гибели. Её уже не существовало для меня. И даже сейчас Икоми не чувствовала; та боль, что вызвало из неё слёзы, была болью её матери, болью, которую девушка почему-то поняла, хотя сама никогда подобного не чувствовала. Зато она чувствовала раздражение - холодное и жгучее - от слов эльфа:
- Прошу вас, не вините себя. У вас тогда не было иного выхода – кроме как скрыться от войск распроклятой Империи в лесу Спайн. Радуйтесь предстоящей вам встрече и не омрачайте ее бесполезными печалями о прошлых ошибках… Поверьте, о них лучше забыть… Не на всегда, так на время.
Что ты понимаешь в этом..? - едва не застонала полукровка. Он говорил, не прочувствовав того же, говорил, пытаясь успокоить, что выдавал убеждениями забыть... а Икоми не могла позволить себе забыть; этого она больше всего боялась. Девушка остановила себя, сосредоточив мысли на словах Феанора о матери. Он искал Айлоне дочь; но что же, если я уже не её дочь? Матери не лучше ли при мёртвом ребёнке, нежели при ребёнке живом, но утраченном?.. Однако же, теперь уже не могу... Не смотря на мрачные размышления, ей не хотелось разрушать вдохновлённое состояние эльфа... и одиночка уступила.
- Хорошо, я пойду к Айлоне. Но ответственность за последствия лежит на Вас, Феанор.

Густые словно сгущенное молоко тучи заволокли невинный свод небес, как одеяло окутывает засыпающего ребенка, в то время как их тени мрачною армией обрушились на свободную землю Алагейзии.
Смена погоды – это уже некое разнообразие, а любому разнообразию надобно радоваться, ибо без него мир туск и скучен, как эти тучи… Вот и если бы Бром с Джоадом не похитили яйцо Сапфиры, эльфы бы скорее умерли от тоски (а вернее – от осознания неизбежности конца, осознания скорой гибели и невозможности как-либо помешать этому…), а не от рук Гальбаторикса… Если бы Дурза не устроил Арье засаду, мы бы, наверное, так и не дождались бы нового Всадника, либо же дождались его слишком поздно… Если бы Эрагон не нашел яйцо, никто не знает, сколь ужасная участь постигла бы Арью, а в наших сердцах бы не возродилась надежда на еще возможную победу над Гальбаториксом. Так что, что бы в мире не происходило – от всего есть какой-то прок… Но какой прок может быть от туч? Лично мне – вряд ли, а вот миллионам растений на этом материке предстоящий дождь накормит до сыта и ускорит процесс их роста. А кого-то, возможно, даже спасет от гибели… А за это, право, стоит порадоваться!..
Ну, по крайнем мере мне…
- Надеюсь, вы не сильно разозлитесь, если я позволю себе снова не согласиться с вами и высказать свои мысли на сей счет? – вежливо спросил остроухий, решив пофилософствовать на свою голову - Видите ли, существ не чувствующих ничего не бывает. Даже Гиперион, Каури, Мафусаил и прочие деревья, не говоря уже о морфо аматонте и других бабочках, насекомых и животных – те и то постоянно что-нибудь да ощущают. Что в первую очередь отличает разумных существ от всех прочих? То, что они обладают куда более глубокими чувствами, чувствами, связанными с разумом.
Мысль о том, что теперь он в ответе за все дальнейшее принесла не слишком много радости Феанору… Как, впрочем и печали. Он уже давно (не позже лет ста назад – так уж точно) привык брать на себя поруку за то или инее поступки, тех или иных живых существ, или что-то еще. Поэтому он коротко, негромко и без каких-либо эмоций ответил:
- Как вам будет угодно, миледи.
Думать о том, как им передвигаться, ему не пришлось – ибо не по дурости он оставил своего коня в стойлах возле городских ворот - стоило ему произнес имя своего жеребца – Фалас – используя при этом магию эльфов, как всего через пару минут к ним царственной походкой вышел белоснежный красавец-конь, каких можно встретить лишь у эльфов. На него следопыт бережно усадил даму, перед вежливо познакомив ее со скакуном; сам же эльф предпочел передвигаться пешком. Чтобы конь сдвинулся с места, достаточно было сказать "Ганга фрам" – и они уже в пути… А за полсотни метров от них в высокой траве укромно спряталась большая рыжая кошка, которую не всего несколько минут назад исцелил темноволосый эльф – и с интересом смотрела в след уходящей парочке…

"Это несправедливо!" - но в то же время, покупка этого животного давала некоторые плюсы, которые, кстати говоря, были очень даже приятными. Например, можно быстро ездить из одного города в другой! Нера резко затормозила на одном из многочисленных деревьев, дабы обдумать, нужна оная обуза ей или нет. И вообще, лес должен был скоро кончиться, так как его голоса и звуки становились всё тише и тише...
"Ну вот... В город я, пока что, идти не очень-то и готова..." - Арен вздохнула, проклиная этот факт.
Лошадь так из головы и не выходила... И вообще, Арен ещё была не готова так радикально менять свою жизнь из-за какого-о постороннего существа! Анималистка снова вздохнула. НКЦПФР попереджає інвесторів про ризики втрати грошей в “Центрі біржових технологій” та «ISRAEL INVESTMENTS LTD»

Національна комісія з цінних паперів та фондового ринку попереджає інвесторів про ризики втрати грошей в “Центрі біржових технологій” та «ISRAEL INVESTMENTS LTD».
Ці “проекти” не отримували від Комісії жодних ліцензій, необхідних для здійснення інвестиційної діяльності чи надання послуг з цінними паперами та іншими фінансовими інструментами на території України. Також Комісія не надавала необхідних дозволів на розміщення реклами, яку обидва проекти активно замовляють.
Комісія вбачає в діяльності, види якої вказані на сайтах проектів «ISRAEL INVESTMENTS LTD» та «Центр Біржових Технологій», ознаки можливого зловживання на ринку фінансових послуг.
НКЦПФР, в межах компетенції, здійснила всі необхідні дії, зокрема, зверталась (безуспішно) із запитами до осіб, які розміщують рекламні матеріали, порушила (успішно) справи про правопорушення за безліцензійну діяльність на фондовому ринку.
Крім того, повідомила правоохоронні органи та Службу України з питань безпечності харчових продуктів та захисту споживачів.
Центр Біржових Технологій
Під час здійснення регулярного нагляду за галузевою рекламною активністю аналітики Комісії виявили сторінку “компанії” «Центр Біржових Технологій», на якій громадянам пропонують послуги портфельного інвестування, а саме інвестування у портфель «Клервант», який сформований з акцій найбільших світових компаній і недооцінених активів.
Далі наводимо цитати з відповідної сторінки компанії «Центр Біржових Технологій», які можуть мати ознаки реклами та надання послуг на фондовому ринку, які здійснюються без відповідного дозволу Комісії:
«Повний пакет послуг, що надається Центром Біржових Технологій — надійний фундамент, на якому будується і буде розвиватися ваш бізнес: навчання, програмне забезпечення, торгова система, аналітична і технічна підтримка на всіх етапах, від відкриття рахунку до рішення призупинити або закрити торгівлю»;
«Клеревант» сформований фахівцями компанії ЦБТ — визнаними лідерами по портфельному інвестуванню в Україні. Також аналітики Комісії виявили багато зовнішньої реклами проекту в м. Києві, роликів на радіо, банерів та реклами на багатьох інформаційних ресурсах у мережі інтернет. Як сказано на сайті проекту, “Центр Біржових Технологій” має розгалуджену мережу філій та представництв у багатьох містах України”.
З відкритих джерел Комісія також встановила, що послуги для забезпечення діяльності домену надаються компанією «OVH Hosting Oy», яка зареєстрована в Фінляндії, та використовує віртуальні приватні хмарні сервери (VPS), які забезпечують анонімність власників доменів.
На офіційний запит Комісії про надання інформації від ЦБТ відповідь так і не надійшла.
ISRAEL INVESTMENTS LTD
Сайт проекту «ISRAEL INVESTMENTS LTD» пропонує громадянам послуги портфельного інвестування та п’ять різних варіантів інвестиційних пакетів за ціною від $ 500 до $ 50 000, які “сформовані з дорогоцінних металів, нафти, цінних паперів, криптовалют та стартапів”. Також на сторінці компанії зазначені такі послуги, як управління інвестиційними портфелями, інвестування у різні види накопичувальних фондів та у біржові індексні облігації, надання інформаційно-аналітичних та брокерських послуг

Згідно з даними Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб-підприємців та громадських формувань, офіційне представництво «ISRAEL INVESTMENTS LTD» в Україні зареєстровано як юридична особа – ПП “ІФЛК “ІЗРАЇЛЬ ІНВЕСТМЕНС” (код за ЄДРПОУ 42620622).
Послуги забезпечення діяльності домену надаються компанією «101domain», яка зареєстрована в США, і також надає своїм клієнтам можливість приховати інформацію про них у загальнодоступних Інтернет джерелах.
На офіційний запит Комісії про надання інформації від проекту відповідь так і не надійшла.
Комісія констатує в обох випадках всі ознаки можливого зловживання на ринку фінансових послуг, що несе загрозу введення в оману громадян та втрати ними значних коштів. НКЦПФР вживає всіх законних заходів щоб мінімізувати потенційно протиправну діяльність та попереджає інвесторів про ризики втрати грошей.

Группа форекс-компаний «Телетрейд» известна в разных странах, как мошенническая организация, сливающая счета своих клиентов на офшоры через преступные схемы.
Данные обвинения не голословны – их подтверждают громкие уголовные дела в России и Казахстане, изгнание из Беларуси и многочисленные скандалы в СМИ. Но «Телетрейд» – не безличное зло, им руководят конкретные личности, одна из которых теперь известна – Сергей Сароян. Популярный бизнес-коуч, вещающий со сцены секреты успешности, не торопится разглашать свое постоянное место работы. В его фейсбуке стыдливо умалчивается тот факт, что в настоящее время он является CEO «Телетрейд» в Украине. (Доказательства этого представлены ниже.) Именно неожиданная скромность продавца «успешного успеха» – лишнее свидетельство гнилой природы брокера. Сергей Сароян хорошо отдает себе отчет, что гордится ему абсолютно нечем, работа в такой организации – несмываемое пятно позора на деловой репутации.
Из чьих рук кормится Сергей Сароян – шишки «Телетрейд»
Основатель данной компании известен еще со времен, когда ее репутация хоть что-то из себя представляла. Владимир Чернобай – «отец», идейный вдохновитель и единственный владелец «Телетрейд» до самого момента своей бесславной кончины в 2019 году. После открытия уголовного производства в России, главный подозреваемый сбежал за границу, где полгода спустя скончался от рака. Газета «КоммерсантЪ» посвятила этому саркастическую статью, которую можно прочесть по ссылке.
Однако у покойного остались наследники и «достойные» продолжатели черного дела – супруга Анна, племянник Олег Суворов, заместители и прихлебатели воюют за право руководить «Телетрейд». Именно перед этими людьми отчитывается Сергей Сароян.
Сергей Сароян и его работа мечты под крылышком «Телетрейд»
Каким низкокачественным человеком нужно быть, чтобы не только работать в «Телетрейд», но добиться здесь карьерных высот? Лично принимать решения, которые разрушают жизни людей? Сергей Сароян подходит для «Телетрейд» идеально, хотя компания не сразу поняла, как ей повезло с таким сотрудником. Зато для Сарояна это было очевидно – всех своих хоть сколько-нибудь значительных успехов он сумел добиться только здесь.
Те, кому пришлось узнать Сарояна лично, утверждают, что таких подлецов, как он, редко встретишь в естественных условиях. Сергей Сароян относится к людям, которые никогда не упустят своей выгоды и ставят личные материальные интересы выше принципов, совести и морали. В случае необходимости, он умеет подстроиться под ситуацию и может выйти сухим из любой воды. Наобещать гору кому угодно – не проблема, равно как забыть о своих обещаниях и переступить через договоренности. Подставить сообщников – плевое дело, вот причина его увольнения из «Телетрейд».
Закончив академию связи, он сперва пытался пристроиться по профессии. Из телекоммуникационной компании его, по слухам, выгнали за склонность к доносительству. В дальнейшем эти навыки принесли пользу в «Телетрейд». Карьерный взлет на ниве форекс-махинаций Сароян испытал в 2005-2006 годах, когда занял должность куратора украинского подразделения «Телетрейд». Вся национальная сеть офисов брокера подчинялась ему. Кроме украинских, Сароян руководил офисами зарубежом. Сергей Сароян зарабатывал не фиксированную сумму, а три процента от так называемого инаута. Этот брокерский термин означает результат, полученный в результате вычета суммы вывода из суммы ввода. Одно существование такого термина разбивает вдребезги сладкую сказочку о легких заработках, потому что значение инаута никогда не бывает минусовым. Клиенты «Телетрейд» только в Украине ежемесячно вносили на брокерские счета от полутора миллиона долларов, а выводили не более полумиллиона. Таким образом, инаут был равен миллиону, а Сароян получал свои 30 тысяч долларов. Немаленькая зарплата, но алчному куратору ее было мало. Мысль, что клиенты «имеют наглость» выводить полмиллиона долларов обратно не давала ему покоя. Чтобы «аут» стал нулевым, Сергей Сароян принялся активно заманивать клиентов на «Биржу трейдеров». Этот проект пассивного инвестирования был создан «Телетрейд», с целью обойти запрет на взятие средств в управление. Брокер ничего не брал – это делали «независимые» участники Биржи, которые сидели на зарплате в «Телетрейд». Сергей Сароян делал все, чтобы клиенты вкладывали свои средства именно сюда, где было очень удобно их сливать – достаточно отдать распоряжение подконтрольному торговцу и тот жал на нужные кнопки. Украинский инаут дорос до полутора миллиона и сравнялся с суммой введенных средств. Клиенты не получали обратно ничего, о заработках можно не упоминать. Сергей Сароян только с Украины имел 45 тысяч долларов в месяц.. Однако подобная ситуация не могла продолжаться долго. Репутация «Телетрейд» катастрофически ухудшилась, Сергей Сароян стал крайним, расплатившись хлебной должностью.
Следующие пять лет стали тяжелыми для мошенника. Найти похожий источник дохода он не смог и стремительно беднел. Коучинг стал способом хоть как-то поддержать штаны. Неудивительно, что когда в «Телетрейд» сменилось руководство и там вспомнили о виртуозном лжеце, Сергей Сароян бегом поскакал к старому работодателю.
Сегодня у него в подчинении находятся все клиентские офисы в шести странах, среди которых Украина. Причем он уже не куратор, а директор, и получает не 3%, а часть от всех слитых сумм. Как бы он не старался скрыть свою причастность к «Телетрейд», пострадавшим от махинаций брокера удалось узнать о ней. Общественная организация жертв «Биржи трейдеров» раздобыла инсайдерскую запись, где Сергей Сароян представляется сотрудникам и напрямую говорит, какую должность занимает. Эту запись жертвы «Телетрейд» продемонстрировали на публичном мероприятии, где вскрыли черные дела «Телетрейд» и обнародовали имя непосредственного участника.
Брифинг, в ходе которого показана запись, состоялся в прошлом году. Цель его проведения – публично рассказать о циничном многолетнем обмане «Телетрейд» и назвать имена тех, кто замешан. Цель максимум – добиться возбуждения уголовного дела против украинского филиала. Если подобное уголовное дело, по примеру соседних стран, действительно будет возбуждено, Сергей Сароян точно не отделается ролью свидетеля.
Как Сергей Сароян уничтожает украинскую экономику
Биржа трейдеров,набравшая невиданную популярность, во время первого «правления» Сарояна в «Телетрейд» опустошала не только украинские карманы. Российские СМИ писали несколько лет назад о невиданном размахе грабежа, творящемся здесь. Почитать можно по ссылкам: здесь и здесь.
Не меньше пострадал и Казахстан, где правоохранители активизировались весной прошлого года. Местное руководство – коллег Сарояна – посадили в СИзо. СМИ писали об этом: здесь и здесь.
Российские уголовные дела удалось замять – для этого Олегу Суворову и другим хозяевам брокера приходится платить ежемесячные отчисления со своих барышей. Суммы взяток достигают сотен тысяч долларов. Кроме того, со слов российских сотрудников «Телетрейд», чиновники заставляют топов также отстегивать процент на военные расходы России в Донбасском регионе. Учитывая, что суммы, с которых отчисляется процент, увеличивает для своих боссов Сергей Сароян, он виноват не только в обнищании своих сограждан, их убивают косвенным образом благодаря его стараниям.
Удивительно, конечно, что украинских «Телетрейд» вместе со своим боссом все еще остается в неприкосновенности. Не взирая на огромные обороты средств, которые здесь похищаются и выводятся из национальной экономики в офшоры, правоохранители бездействуют. Украинские инсайдеры рассказали организации клиентов, как именно Сароян успокаивает сотрудников. Якобы им нечего бояться, ведь киберполиция находится в него «в кармане». Хотелось бы верить в то, что это ложь, и правосудие в ближайшее время доберется до мошенников. Но пока ситуация остается неутешительной: Сергей Сароян продолжает наживаться на чужих деньгах.
